Privacy Notice

I) Identity and Domicile

Quintanilla Asociados S.C. (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”), in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties, its regulations and the Guidelines for the Privacy Notice (collectively, the “Law”) provides this privacy notice (the “Notice”) to inform of the terms and conditions for the processing of the personal data that may be collected from time to time.

For purposes of this Notice, the Data Controller designates as domicile the one located in:

II) Personal Data subjected to Processing and its Purpose

All personal information you provide or make available to the Data Controller will be used for the following purposes:

(a) From clients, to (i) provide the agreed legal services, (ii) notify you about any developments in connection with the rendering of our legal services, (iii) send you information with respect to developments in connection with the Mexican legal framework, (iv) evaluate the quality of the services we render, (v) general administrative purposes, including billings and collections, and (vi) in general to meet the purpose of the relationship that has given rise to the processing of personal data.

(b) From candidates for employment, to (i) analyze your employment application, (ii) contact you in connection with the recruitment process, including notifying you about any developments in connection with the same, and (iii) send you information about our firm.

(c) In any other case, to (i) send you information with respect to developments in connection with the Mexican legal framework, and (ii) notify you about any developments in connection with the rendering of our legal services.

For the purposes mentioned above, the Data Controller may need to obtain the following personal data: full name or corporate name (as applicable), addresses, country of residence, gender, date and place of birth, email address, home and cell phone number, institution where you study, grade point average, information about your current employment or past employments (the “Personal Data“).

You expressly consent and authorize the Data Controller to transfer your Personal Data to external service provider when such is required. In such case, the Data Controller warrants that the transfer of such Personal Date will be made in accordance with the Laws.

III) Means to access, ratify, cancel and/or oppose the processing of date

If you have any questions or concerns about how the Data Controller processes the Personal Data, or if you want to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing of Personal Data, limit its use, disclosure or revoke the consent you have granted us for such purposes, please contact us by sending an email to q-a@q-a.com.mx or call +52 (81) 2138 0330 specifying your: (a) complete name or the corporate name of the entity you represent, (b) email address, (c) telephone, and (d) the subject of your request, attaching any relevant documents that allow us to identify you as owner of the Personal Data.

IV) Means to Change this Notice

This Notice may be amended, changed or updated for any reason. Any such amendments, changes or updates to this Notice will be notified through our webpage www.q-a.com.mx
